A new Mexican restaurant recently opened near us. Let's just say it is now my favorite Tex Mex handsdown! I LOVE it! We are regulars now! Needless to say, Macy has turned into a Tex Mex girl already...loving her chips and queso. When we go out to eat, she always wants to know if we are going somewhere that has chips and dip :) I've trained her well. It's funny to think before we moved here, I think I ate Mexican maybe four or five times. We had 1 Mexican restaurant where I grew up and we hardly ever went. Now I eat it every week. Six years ago, I don't think I knew what an enchilada was...LOL!

If your talking about Mattito's....I'm so in love with that place, too! I was 9 mos. pregnant and my Dr. was only in Frisco once a week @ Baylor, so my last visit had to be downtown Dallas. Anyway, after my appt. I told him I wanted the best mexican food in town and he sent us to Mattito's on Ruthe St. I remember saying, "THIS IS WONDERFUL", like 1,000 times!!! I am so glad there is one town now!!!

Yum! TexMex is a favorite of mine. I have my own personal favorite here which we tend to frequent often as well. Looks like Macy has good taste too! :)
